  •    Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment to avoid penalties.      •    Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a a prepay service for future bookings.      •    No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice may be required to prepay for future bookings.      •    Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment. This will go toward your final balance but is forfeited if the appointment is canceled late or a no-show occurs.      •    Late Arrivals: A grace period of 5 minutes is allowed. After that, a late fee may apply, or the appointment may be canceled at the artist’s discretion.      •    Emergency Situations: If you experience an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible at (205)571-8500. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
